Vanilla Crescents

For the shortcrust, you need:
280 g wheat flour
210 g butter
100 g ground almonds
70 g powder sugar
1 egg

The dough has to be cooled in the fridge for some hours.

After shaping vanilla crescents, bake them for about 10 minutes at 180° C.

And them, bathe them in vanilla powder sugar.

That’s it!
